Chez Drew was founded by Andrew Culliton, a self-taught chef whose passion for food started young, working in restaurant kitchens and experimenting at home. For Andrew, food is about delight — creating that “whaou” moment when a dish surprises and connects people.
He’s joined by Ines, who brings the vision to life behind the scenes — managing operations, spreading the word, and helping guests feel right at home.
Together, they host warm, welcoming dinners where strangers become friends over plates of something delicious.
